I built the Texas sales hub for Uber Eats from scratch and led 150+ account executives and managers past their goals. At Notch I moved the business from a marketplace to SaaS and rebuilt the go-to-market end to end. At Mixmax I was VP of Revenue, built the playbook around signal-led selling, created PLAN Selling, and hosted a show on practical GTM.
Now I run The Sales Operator and host build better on Sell Better, and I work with sales and customer success teams on how AI changes the way they sell. Everything I am building and learning is on this site, in the open.
